These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the h5winbox platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and h5winbox. Please read all clauses carefully before registering or placing any wager. By accessing or using h5winbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Introduction
Welcome to h5winbox. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and h5winbox ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the h5winbox website, mobile platform, gaming products, sports betting services, and all related features accessible via https://h5winbox.cam.
h5winbox is an online gambling and sports betting platform primarily serving players in Malaysia, including but not limited to residents of Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions across the country. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

| MYR / RM | Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency used on the h5winbox Platform for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals. |
Account Eligibility
To be eligible to create an Account and use the h5winbox Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by the applicable laws of your country or region of residence.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of h5winbox or any of its affiliated entities, technology partners, or payment processing providers.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not have a pre-existing Account on the Platform that has been suspended, terminated, or subject to a self-exclusion restriction.
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or registering an Account for use by another individual.
Age Verification: h5winbox reserves the right to request official identity documentation (including but not limited to MyKad, passport, or driving licence) at any time to verify age eligibility. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending documentation submission, and any winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be forfeited.
Registration & Account Management
4.1 Account Creation
Each Player may maintain one (1) Account on the h5winbox Platform only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.
4.2 Account Information Accuracy
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. h5winbox will not be liable for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate account details, including incorrect payment account numbers, e-wallet IDs, or contact information.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. h5winbox will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify h5winbox immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
h5winbox operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Players must successfully complete KYC verification by submitting clear copies of a valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and, where applicable, supporting proof of payment method ownership. h5winbox reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
Deposits & Payments
h5winbox accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of payment methods designed specifically for the Malaysian market. Supported deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
- The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet and bank transfers. Minimum equivalent cryptocurrency deposits are stated separately for each supported coin.
- Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as the relevant payment provider confirms the transaction. h5winbox is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
- All deposited funds must be used for genuine wagering purposes. Deposits made without corresponding wagering activity may be subject to review.
- h5winbox does not accept deposits made from credit facilities, third-party accounts, or accounts held in another person's name. All payment methods used must belong to and be registered in your own name.
- h5winbox reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and may request source-of-funds documentation where required.
Currency Note: All Account balances, wagers, and withdrawals on h5winbox are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
Withdrawals
6.1 General Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals from your h5winbox Account are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with daily and weekly withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times
h5winbox processes withdrawals on a best-effort basis, subject to the following indicative timeframes:
- DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: Typically 5–30 minutes from approval.
- FPX / Bank Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Typically 1–3 business hours during standard banking hours.
- Cryptocurrency: Typically 10–45 minutes, subject to network congestion.
These timeframes are indicative only. h5winbox is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or network conditions outside of our control.
6.3 Withdrawal Method Consistency
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. h5winbox reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal to a different payment method.
6.4 Right to Review
h5winbox reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or any other violation of these Terms. Players under investigation will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.
Bonuses & Promotions
h5winbox offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions and any additional specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:
- Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated.
- Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
- Bonus funds will be credited as non-withdrawable balance and will be ringfenced from real-money funds during wagering. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
- Each eligible Player may claim each specific promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or ongoing offer.
- h5winbox reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already accepted a bonus, the terms applicable at the time of acceptance shall continue to apply.
- Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotions — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
Crypto Deposit Bonus: A 2% bonus on qualifying cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC), capped at a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying transaction, applies where explicitly stated in the relevant promotion. Standard wagering requirements apply. 21+ only.
Betting Rules
All wagers placed on the h5winbox Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections prior to confirmation. h5winbox will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except as expressly provided by the applicable game or sports betting rules.
- Sports betting odds are set by h5winbox and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that shall apply to the wager.
- In the event of a disputed result, h5winbox's decision — informed by the relevant governing body's official result — is final and binding.
- Live betting markets are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any time without notice. Wagers placed on suspended markets prior to suspension shall stand unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game type. These limits may vary by Player account tier and are communicated within the relevant product interface.
- All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems. h5winbox does not influence game outcomes in favour of or against any individual Player.
Prohibited Conduct
Players are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the h5winbox Platform. Violation of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:
- Creating or using more than one Account simultaneously or at any time.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, live dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
- Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to charge back, dispute, or reverse any deposit made to your Account.
- Systematically hedging bets across the Platform or between the Platform and third-party operators in a manner designed to exploit promotional offers with minimal risk.
Account Suspension & Termination
h5winbox reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
- A Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
- A Player is suspected of engaging in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct.
- A Player's identity cannot be verified to our reasonable satisfaction.
- A Player's Account is subject to a self-exclusion request.
- h5winbox is required to do so by any applicable regulatory requirement or law enforcement directive.
Where an Account is suspended or terminated, h5winbox will provide written notice to the Player at the registered email address and outline the next steps for the return of any legitimate real-money balance after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Funds associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited.
Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, h5winbox, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data resulting from any technical failure, system outage, or network interruption.
- Errors in the display of odds, game outcomes, or Account balances resulting from system faults subsequently corrected.
- Any loss or damage resulting from the actions of third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
- Any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
h5winbox does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure basis at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, game titles, graphics, software, and other intellectual property accessible on the h5winbox Platform are the exclusive property of h5winbox or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any intellectual property belonging to h5winbox without our express prior written consent.
You may access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes. Any attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract proprietary technology or content from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
Privacy & Data
h5winbox collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes, including your full name, national identification number (MyKad or equivalent), date of birth, contact details, and payment method information, is retained for the minimum period necessary to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations and to provide the h5winbox services.
h5winbox does not sell, trade, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required for the delivery of our services (e.g., payment processing) or as required by applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
h5winbox reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, h5winbox will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, provide notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the h5winbox Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your Account.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5winbox holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication with our support team in the first instance.
h5winbox's decision on matters related to game outcomes, account status, bonus eligibility, and compliance with these Terms shall be final and binding, subject only to any applicable external regulatory review process.
